Manrepelling: outfitting oneself in a sartorially offensive way that will result in repelling members of the opposite sex. Such garments include but are not limited to harem pants, boyfriend jeans, overalls, shoulder pads, full length jumpsuits, jewelry that resembles violent weaponry and clogs.
I was browsing the internet and I came upon the blogs of these beauties – Leandra Medine of Man Repeller and Liz Lanuzo of Project Vanity! I will be closely following these blogs for fashion and beauty inspiration or advice! ❤
This closet pretty much sums up my fashion style. This so fits my personality. I’m either sporty and edgy or feminine and girly. There is no middle ground for me.
In the not-so-far future, when we’ll start building our dream house, I’ll have my dream closet. 🙂
I haven’t blogged for a long time!
My excuse is a mix of busyness (academics, extracurricular activities, home life) and laziness, blah blah blah…
Anyway, I’m up since 3am browsing YouTube. I really can’t fathom not sharing my good finds with you guys (assuming I have readers and followers who really care).
I found an artist who makes good music. If you want to, you can subscribe in her official channel Lorde Vevo. I love her ‘Tennis Court’. Indie but relate-able.
I also found films in Ateneo de Zamboanga Communication Department’s official YouTube channel AteneoCommCom. I tell you, they’ve got some serious filmography talents.
See what I mean guys? And it’s through AteneoCommCom‘s channel activities that I’ve found this great Filipino Indie film find.
Don’t shy away from checking out the film just because of the film cover. There’s more to the kinky stuff. I mean, it’s not all about the kinky stuff. hahha 😛
My mom-in-law, Jendra (a friend), and I went to watch The Mortal Instruments (City of Bones). The movie is like the Twilight, only there are no vampires, and with an indie-hipster-goth twist to it.
I REALLY love Clary Fray’s (Lily Collins) red wavy hair! Oh and her style — the biker jacket! ❤
